You start this afternoon class by enjoying an herbal foot soak and a beverage. Then you learn to give and receive reflexology foot massage. You will learn how pressing on points on your feet can help increase circulation, detoxification, and immunity for the whole body. Plus, it feels great! Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. This class will move through a series of body positions using breathing and relaxation techniques. Strengthening your "core" group muscles gives a platform from which to improve all areas of fitness.
