Little Rascals on Snow

for ages 2 1/2 to 3 years old!
We've found a way to teach children as young as 2 1/2 years old, and still in diapers, to love the sport of skiing as much as we do. The secret - let them play with the equipment until their curiosity is piqued, then let them play on it, always under careful supervision, always finishing while they are still interested and always concluding on a positive note.

Our specially trained caregivers are also the guides that will stay with your child through the entire learning experience. Children will partcipate in indoor activities within TREASURES childcare center and experience skiing using our very own, brand new Magic Carpet, conveniently located on the TREASURES childcare center premises. Your children will showcase their new skills by participating in a weekly TREASURES based cookie race. Parents will be offered warm, home-made cookies and hot chocolate while they watch their little ones "race" down the hill.

We recommend that your little one begin this program on Monday, Tuesday, Friday or Saturday, as these are the days that new learning groups are formed. Please arrive between 8:30 am and 9:30 am, so we can get them outfitted to go play on the snow!

The program meets at TREASURES Child Care facility. Program includes age appropriate lessons and fun in the snow with their equipment (weather permitting), snacks, lunch, rest time and indoor fun at TREASURES!

Available December 12, 2008 - April 5, 2009.
$109 per day, rental equipment included. Your child's ski rental equipment must be outfitted at
3 Mountain Equipment Rental Shop prior to beginning the Little Rascals on Snow Program. Once rented, skis and related equipment may stay with your child at TREASURES throughout their visit.

Requires advance reservation on a space available basis.
