| | While our condominium options are all within an easy walk or on-demand Resort Shuttle ride to all Village amenities, we offer a variety of location choices. Your choice may depend upon your desire for the serenity of a wooded area, the proximity to the facilities or amenities that are particularly important to your family or for a location in the heart of all the action.
You'll be lodged in one of our convenient, cozy, family-style, condominium homes, each with fully equipped kitchen facilities. All have cable TV, telephones, internet access, linens, cookware, dishware, glassware, utensils and in-home or in-building access to laundry facilities. Daily maid service is available at a nominal fee.

Highlands Hill Community - Winding up Morse Mountain are a series of condominium clusters with woodland or mountain views. Mountain Laurels, Aspen Highlands and Trailside Highlands have access to their own outdoor heated pools. These well appointed accommodations at Highlands Hill are available at a premium rate. North Hill Community - This is our newest community, and its location provides the serenity of a woodland hillside and features spectacular views of Madonna and Sterling Mountains and historic Smugglers' Notch Pass. The North Hill has its own Indoor Aquatic & Exercise Center including a lap pool, two hot tubs, and children's splash playground. North Hill's on-demand shuttle to The Village Center is also the fastest way in the entire Resort to get to the upper mountains for skiing and riding! Village East Community - This area includes all of the condominiums adjacent to The Village Center stretching east to the Highlands Hill Community and up to the base of Morse Mountain to TREASURES Child Care. West Hill Community - Located mid-way up Morse Mountain, this area features sunset views of the Smugglers' Notch Valley and exclusive use of a year-round outdoor heated pool, exercise room and game room.
