Keep in mind that weather and conditions can affect some activities, so it’s always a good idea to double-check our calendar or give us a call before finalizing your plans. Seasonal Stay Information
What you should know before exploring our site!
There is plenty to do at Smugglers’ but it changes based on the season you visit. Explore the information on our site for activities, dining options, pools, lift operations, and more.
If you still have questions, call our Owner Services Department; they will gladly help you.
Your Resort accommodations and use of our Courtside Pool and hot tubs are included in your RCI package. Smugglers’ also offers a variety of seasonal award-winning family activities, events, and amenities, plus some great discounts that are only available with the purchase of a SmuggsPass. Please explore our activities and events pages for all the available options for the season you are visiting!
Our anticipated days of lift operation for this winter are November 29, 2024 – April 13, 2025. Lift operation is dependent on weather and trail conditions. Beginner terrain is expected to be available from December 13, 2024 – March 30, 2025.
Smugglers’ also offers a variety of award-winning family activities, events, and amenities. These activities and events are available from December 13, 2024 – March 30, 2025, with the purchase of the SmuggsPass. The SmuggsPass also includes some great discounts on your ski and snowboard needs.

Our spring season is March 31 – June 12, 2025, and is a quiet vacation period at Smugglers’. Our location is very well suited as a “home base” to tour Northern Vermont and Southern Quebec. Activities are limited in early spring and start to pick up as we get closer to June.
Our Guest Service Desk has reduced hours during the spring. Please check out our Hours of Operations page for their current hours. If you plan to arrive outside these hours, please call 802-644-1293 and arrange after-hours check-in.
Our anticipated summer programs and activities dates are June 13 – September 2, 2025. Smugglers’ offers a wide array of family programs, amenities, organized activities, waterslides, pools, and other facilities available upon purchase of the SmuggsPass. The SmuggsPass also includes some great discounts on many of these summer programs.

Our early fall programs and activities run September 3 – October 13, 2025.
Join us on Monday’s 10:30 am – 11:30 am at the Welcome Orientation in the Meeting House to learn about Resort activities and area attractions.

Our late fall timeframe, October 15 – December 13, 2024, is a quiet vacation at Smugglers’. Our location is very well suited as a “home base” to tour Northern Vermont and Southern Quebec.
Facilities, dining, and activities are limited during the late fall. Please explore the site for more information on what is available during your stay.
Resort Fee:
A one-time Resort fee will be applied per stay to specific reservations. This fee covers the Resort’s generally available services and amenities, such as wireless internet access in-room and throughout the Resort, the guest text notification system, and other services and amenities to enhance your stay. These services may vary by season.
Pricing: (RCI Guests and Guests of Wyndham Owners)
The per-stay Resort fee collected upon check-in is $47 for Studio and One-Bedroom homes and $57 for Two-Bedroom – Five-Bedroom homes. Note: These services are included in the service charges that are part of our Smugglers’ Notch Vacation Packages. Prices are subject to change.
Housekeeping Fee:
There will be a partial week cleaning charge for bookings of less than 6 nights.
If anyone in your group has mobility concerns or cannot climb stairs, please call us before arrival. Most Smugglers’ Notch condos require stair access, and we cannot relocate guests at check-in. A limited number of entry-level accessible homes are available. Call 800-354-7884, option #3 to make arrangements.
