Got my first seasons pass in 1989 still have it. Can’t say I like the replacement for “Hugh’s Views “ maybe because I’m old now (70) but I find it harder to navigate where is access to archives?? Web cams?? Harder to look at all trail conditions at same time too much sales info not enough ski/ride info. How is Hugh’s health these days liked his web much much more

Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts—and for being part of the Smuggs family since 1989! It’s incredible to hear about your long history with us, and we truly value your feedback on the new website.
We understand how important “Hugh’s Views” is to our community, and we’re committed to making the site as user-friendly and informative as possible. We’re currently working on updating the trail conditions page and ensuring easy access to webcams and archives. Your input helps us prioritize what matters most to our guests—thank you!
As for Hugh, he’s doing well and is still a part of the Smuggs family. He’ll be back here soon. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with him! If there’s anything else we can improve, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

I totally agree with the navigation of this new layout. The older version was much easier and I felt it was better. I worked at Smugglers from 1988-sometime in the mid to late 90s. Snowmaking, Grooming ,lifts and Brush cutting. My ski buddy and go worker Boder Stevens covered a lot of territory there.I was able to meet and ski with Hugh a few times. Great guy and Smuggs has always been my favorite area.
