We’ll start with a steady hike up the Meadowlark Trail to a beautiful reservoir. There, we’ll roll out our mats and enjoy a gentle yoga flow, breathing in fresh mountain air and connecting with the natural world around us. After yoga, we’ll hike back the same way—making it a 3.4-mile round trip. The yoga is beginner-friendly and open to all levels, so whether you’re brand new or experienced, you’re welcome!
