We received a dusting to an inch of new snow last night and 13 inches in the past week. Currently, it is partly cloudy and 25 degrees at the summit of Sterling with winds of 1 to 5 mph. Today’s forecast is calling for a chance of flurries early and a high of 31 degrees. Today we plan to have Sterling Lift, Village Lift, Madonna II Lift, Sir Henry’s Glider, and Mogul Mouse’s Magic Lift all operating. We have 21 trails with terrain for all ability levels. Surface conditions are machine groomed and packed powder with base depths of 8 to 40 inches. 13 trails have been groomed for today, including Smugglers’ Alley for a grand total of 55 acres of freshly groomed terrain. Employees have the green light to ski and ride today.
