3 Mountain and Morse Mountain ticket sales are presently closed for tomorrow. We will reevaluate at 10:00 am tomorrow morning. Tomorrow we plan to have top to bottom skiing and riding on all 3 mountains with all 8 lifts operating. The Madonna II lift will be open from 10:00 am till 2:00 pm tomorrow. The Morse Highlands Lift will be open from 9:00 am till 4:00 pm tomorrow. The Morse Highlands Base Lodge will be open for bathroom use only. We now have 76 trails open with terrain for all ability levels. Surface conditions are powder and packed powder with base depths of 14 to 46 inches. 30 trails will be groomed tonight, including Upper Treasure Run, Ruthie’s, Smugglers’ Alley, and Dixie’s Knoll for a grand total of 127 acres of freshly groomed terrain. Currently it is partly sunny and 24 degrees at the summit of Sterling. Tonight’s forecast is calling for some snow showers 1 to 2 inches of accumulation possible. Tomorrow’s forecast is calling for mostly cloudy skies with a slight chance of snow showers and a high of 25 degrees.
