All 8 lifts will be open from 9:00 am till 5:00 pm tomorrow Saturday, March 20th. One day and one day only. Lot #1 will open in the morning at its usual time. Just a reminder that we cannot let our guard down. We need to wear our masks and social distance. We cannot gather in groups in the parking lots. Be the reason we have a season!
Tomorrow we plan to have top to bottom skiing and riding on all 3 mountains with all 8 lifts operating. We plan to have 38 trails open with terrain for all ability levels. More trails will open once the snow softens. Surface conditions are machine groomed and loose granular with average base depths of 14 to 48 inches. 32 trails have been groomed, including Upper FIS, Smugglers’ Alley, and Log Jam for a grand total of 142 acres of freshly groomed terrain. Currently, it is sunny and 14 degrees at the summit of Sterling with winds of 10 to 15 mph. Tomorrow’s forecast is calling for mostly sunny skies with a high of 49 degrees.
