Smugglers’ Notch Hosts Unforgettable Weekend for Boston Ski Party and NBS Clubs
“It was a weekend to remember at Smugglers’ Notch Resort, as the Boston Ski Party and fellow clubs from the National Brotherhood of Snowsports (NBS) came together for an inspiring and joy-filled gathering from March 20–23.

The event, filled with laughter, learning, and alpine adventure, brought together families and young skiers and snowboarders from across the Northeast. In attendance were NBS member clubs, including the Boston Ski Party, Nubian Empire Ski Club, MIA Ski and Sports Club, Sno-Burners, and Ice Breakers.

Organized with the support of Smugglers’ Notch and an outstanding group of staff and instructors, the weekend showcased the power of inclusive access to outdoor recreation. On behalf of the Boston Ski Party, I want to extend our deepest thanks to everyone at Smugglers’ Notch who made our weekend so memorable; your professionalism, warmth, and dedication made an enormous difference for our youth and families.

Special thanks to Bill Stritzler for his generous support of the ski and snowboarding grant that made the event possible, as well as to Rob Aiken, Rhiannon Encinias, Harley Johnson, the rental team, the adaptive program, and all the resort’s instructors.

The gathering was about building community, confidence, and representation in snow sports.

We are truly grateful,”
