Smugglers’ Notch Opening Day Update

3 Mountain Logo

Hello skiers and riders, our snowmaking team has been hard at work whenever Mother Nature provides us snowmaking temperatures. While we’re making great progress, we need a bit more time to build up a solid base for top-to-bottom skiing and riding on Sterling Mountain.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like we’ll have a long enough stretch of cold temperatures to meet our anticipated opening day of Friday, November 29th. But don’t worry—we’re keeping the snow guns running whenever temperatures allow and will open as soon as we can!

There’s some snow in the forecast for Thanksgiving Day and colder weather heading into the weekend and next week. Keep an eye on our snow report for the latest updates. We are looking forward to seeing you on the slopes!
