Today was the last day of lift operations on Morse Mountain

Due to the forecasted windy and wet conditions tomorrow the Madonna 1 Lift will be closed. Weather permitting tomorrow we plan to have the Sterling Lift operating. We plan to have 12 trails open with terrain for intermediates and experts. All 12 trails will be groomed for tomorrow that’s a total of 65 acres of freshly groomed terrain. Surface conditions are machine groomed and variable. Currently, it is 28 degrees at the summit of Sterling with cloudy skies. Tomorrow’s forecast is calling for cloudy skies with rain, windy a high of 57 degrees at the base and 50 degrees at higher elevations. Spring skiing returns tomorrow.

    The final day of lift operations on Morse Mountain will be Sunday, March 30th.
    Madonna and Sterling Mountains will continue running March 31 – April 6.
    Sterling only will remain open April 7 – April 11.
    Madonna I (M1) will reopen for one last hurrah April 12 & 13.
