A free family friendly fun race and a bunch of free samples. Race is on Lower FIS and the sampling is in front of the Base Lodge. You can also buy raffle tickets to win cool prizes and support the Vermont Adaptive Program. A good time for a great cause. Sampling goes until 2 pm. The award ceremony and raffle draw is at 1:30 pm.

We have skiing and riding on all 3 mountains with 7 lifts operating. The Madonna 1 Lift is closed due to hard surface conditions. We have 31 trails open with terrain for all ability levels. 30 trails have been groomed for today, that’s a total of 170 acres of freshly groomed terrain. Surface conditions are machine groomed and loose granular with average base depths of 10 to 46 inches. Currently, it is sunny and 8 degrees at the summit of Sterling with winds of 20 to 30 mph. Today’s forecast is calling for sunny skies, windy with a high of 26 degrees at the base and 20 degrees at higher elevations.
