Thank you snowmakers and groomers!

3 Mountain Logo

Our snowmakers have been freshening up Midway, Magic Learning Trail, Lower Morse Liftline, Hibernator, Garden Path, and Dixie’s Knoll overnight. The snow guns are being shut off now, and our groomers are pushing out the new snow. The Village Lift and Mogul Mouse’s Magic Lift will have a delayed opening until 9 am while the groomers finish the trails. Morse Highlands Lift is delayed until maybe 10 am. Today, we plan to have top-to-bottom skiing and riding on all 3 mountains with 6 lifts operating, including the Madonna I Lift. We have 36 trails open with terrain for all ability levels. 34 trails will be groomed for today, including Snow Snake, Upper FIS, and Smugglers’ Alley, for a grand total of 133 acres of freshly groomed terrain. Surface conditions are machine-groomed and variable, with average base depths of 8 to 36 inches. Currently, it is partly sunny and 3 degrees at the summit of Sterling. Don’t worry; it is going to warm up. Today’s forecast calls for skies to become partly sunny and a little breezy, with a high of 33 degrees at the base and 29 degrees at higher elevations.
