5:00 pm – 8:00 pm — Glow Tubing is fun for all ages! Get outdoors and enjoy this family-friendly atmosphere on Sir Henry’s Hill. This is a super fun and incredibly unique event. Glow down the tubing hill lanes as an array of LED lights line and illuminate the Snow Tubing hill. No ski boots, please. SmuggsPass is required.

Afterward, enjoy the Jeh Kulu Drum Theater and a performance by Cirque De Fuego on the Village Green. Fireworks end the celebration and bring the winter in with a bang!

One of the hallmarks of the holiday season for residents of northern Vermont is a vision of one of the SD Ireland concrete trucks rolling through town, decked out from head to tailgate in 25,000 Christmas lights. Don’t miss it!

5:00 pm – 6:00 pm — I-Did-a-Sled Join in a family-friendly sled-building competition. Meet at the Warming Yurt at Sir Henry’s Hill.

6:30 pm — Santa’s Arrival & Fireworks Join Jammin’ Sam at the Gazebo for rounds of holiday carols and watch for the arrival of that kindly old gentleman from the North. Enjoy a spectacular visual as we light up lower Morse Mountain with a grand Fireworks display. The best viewing is at the Gazebo. Immediately following the fireworks, Santa will join us for a few carols, cookies, and smiles in the lower level of the Meeting House.

8:00 pm — Non-denominational Christmas Eve Service Share in fellowship with friends and family, sing carols, and enjoy the warm glow of the candlelight. Children get a front-row seat for a lively children’s story. The gathering will be held in the lower level of the Meeting House. All faiths are welcome. Reverend Dr. Ireson, long-time Smugglers’ Notch Homeowner, will officiate the Service.

3:00 pm – 4:30 pm — Smuggs Winter Carnival Jammin Sam hosts our Winter Carnival on the Village Green. Join us for family fun as we celebrate winter with music, food, and games led by our activities staff.
