The Madonna 2 Lift opening today was a very nice gift! This allowed us to open 11 more trails bringing our total to 43 trails. We will have 5 lifts operating tomorrow. Surface conditions are packed powder and machine groomed with average base depths of 10 to 40 inches. 14 trails will be groomed for tomorrow, including Garden Path, Lower Chilcoot, and Smugglers’ Alley for a total of 90 acres of freshly groomed terrain. We have terrain for all ability levels. Currently, it is 18 degrees at the summit of Sterling with clear skies and winds of 0 to 5 mph. Tomorrow’s forecast is calling for mostly sunny skies with a high of 24 degrees at the base and 21 degrees at higher elevations.
